Norton and Creative = no norton
There is this error I get with creative and NAV. They say on their site creative causes norton to be disabled at startup. I went ran msconfig and I unchecked CTDVDET.exe located in Creative\SBAudigy2ZS\DVDAudio
There is 3 of them, all different I left the CTsysVol since Im guessing its volume. and a SBDrvDEt @ C:\Program Files\Creative\SB Drive Det.
I tried disabling each one and whichever I disable norton will work. SO I currently have the CTDVDET.exe disabled. And I have a question on that one. Is that for watching DVD only? or what? because I rarely watch DVDs on my pc. But if it has to do with some other stuff I will enable it after startup.

CTDVDDET.exe is a little Creative app' that automatically detects and plays DVDs. This is a non-essential process. Disabling or enabling this is down to user preference, but you don't need it.
All that Creative stuff loading at startup is just a waste of resources.
Hope that helps.
Cheers mate.
