Hi all,
I've got little bothered a wireless game adapter for his PS2. It's all set up and ready to go but then I realised that the cable that came with it doesn't plug into the PS2, it has RJ45s on each end. The adapter nedds RJ45, does anybody know what the socket is called on the PS2, is it a standard type or a Sony own brand?

Wait, you're looking for an RJ45 port on the PS2? Do you have the network add-on for the PS2?

I was, yes. I've found out I need the Sony adapter to plug into. I got the (Linksys) wireless gaming adapter so I wouldn't have to run cables around the house and thought it would be instead of Sonys adapter. Now I know it's as well as. Stupid consoles. I've never played on it so didn't understand, On the linksys box it said connects to PS2 so I assumed it would.
