Norton Antivirus Help !!hurry!!

M sister in law went to renew her norton antivirus subscription and when it came up whether to open it or save it she saved it and know it won't open. A dialog box comes up htat says the file can not be opened and you have to click ok. I would appreciate if you could respond in the next 2 hours. thanx

    What was she trying to "open or save"?

    I would just try to renew the subscription again. If she's using a credit card and they bill her twice she should be able get that fixed easily enough, either through Symantec or through her cc company. :)

    nevermind. Symantec sent her an e-mail that said if she didn't do it right she can redo it and thats what she did. spo everything is working again. thanx any way
