Realtek ALC650 OR SOundBlaster 5.1 Live

I have got a new motherboard about 3 months ago which has onboard sound (Realtek ALC650 6 Channel Audio AC'97 Codec) but I already had a Sound card (Soundblaster 5.1 Live), So I just put the Soundblaster card in and turned off the onboard card. But these days I stated to think which is better as my soundblaster card is 1.5-2 years old and the motherboard is only 3 months.

So the Question is which is better Realtek ALC650 6 Channel Audio AC'97 Codec or Soundblaster 5.1 Live?

Also any Ideas on how to make my system run faster would be great :)

GA-7N400 Pro2 (Rev2)
512mb DDR PC 3200
Abit Geforce4 Ti 4200 - 8X
Sondblaster 5.1 live
Seagate 200g Sata / 200g IDE/ 16g IDE

    upgrade to an audigy 2, they're much better cards.
