How to set up dual drive boot

hello, i don't know if this is in the right section so sorry up front...

i need to set up a dual drive boot, windows xp and windows 2003 server, on separate drives not partitions, does any one know where i can get a tutorial for it...or if any one here knows....please help....

    partition one drive as c, install xp

    partition second drive as d, install 2003

    after 2k3 has finished, on the reboot, you should have a menu of OS you can select.

    do i need to set up both drives as masters? do i need to do anything to the boot.ini file
