NTFS System MBR LOST!!!

i really really need help my system tells me that my NTLDR is missing, and that my MBR is not there or that is also missing, i managed to install the NTLDR file to the c: drive but is not working, i cant see the files in my harddrive,i have two NTFS systems i connected the harddrive with the problem as a slave and can't read the files, i have 130 gigs of data in it, but it only reads 10 megs...help

    Get to the windows recovery console (Hit R the first time it asks you when you boot from a Windows XP/NT/2K CD) -- and type FIXMBR. Hit enter, reboot -- good luck.

    it probably ony detects 10 because most older installs of windows wont detect drives over 137gig right. You will need to either update windows or the driver for your ide controller on your other ntfs installs if you wish to recover your data that way.
