Searchbars and Desktop icons

Hi
I am looking for some help in fixing this problem i have with desktop icons and searchbars that have just appeared on my computer. I have 7 icons that have appeared on the desktop (Poker, Bingo, Website Hosting, Casino online, Printer Cartridges, Card Games and Travel), I am unable to delete them directly and can not even move them around the desktop. They have also appeared in my favorites list along with a few other sites. I also have a problem with 2 searchbars that come up when i start Internet Explorer, there is a grey one that appears under the address bar at the top and also a big blue one that appears at the bottom. I have run Ad-aware, spybot and also OmegaKiller (which fixed it but then they all came back when i restarted my computer and didnt do anything when i ran it again). I hope you can help me with any of these problems, thanks.

    Fix those entries then find and delete "Messenger Plus! 3" and "proxy exit.exe", reboot and post a new log.

    yep i've done that, this is the new log file

    this part seems to be back even though i fixed it and deleted the file "proxy exit.exe" the file has reappeared

    seems to be fine now, the file deleted ok this time and the icons and searchbars are gone. thanks a lot my computer seems to be running a bit quicker as well. Cheers.

    well that didnt last long. The searchbars in IE are back as well as the shortcuts in my favourites folder, thankfully the desktop icons have gone. However both of those things that i fixed and deleted keep reappearing after a couple of reboots and are back in my log, i keep deleting them but there must be something else that brings them back or something, i dont understand it.
