Bit Torrent personal help needed!
Hi
Im not sure how much help you give to bit torrent users, whether you even look down on them or not for not paying for stuff.
Anyways im running a client called ABC on a computer on a home network. We do not have a router, but we have a server with zone alarm pro 4.5.538.000. I think i have forwarded the ports on it (port.forward.net doesn't give specific information on ZA)
Basically what i am wanting is either suggestions on how to make my bit torrent get above 10k a second, and/or someone who is prepared to talk me through step by step (tutoring!) to help me.
Many thanks Rob

It sounds like you've got ICS on a computer in place of running a router. Not only must ZA be configured (I think), but so must whatever NAT product is running to give all the other computers Internet access (and my guess is ICS is what you're using). If it's ICS there's a place for port forwarding in its config. I don't know what's necessary in ZA though.
