I think you may be having the same issues as many others have noted lately. it seems like the cards that we all got about a year or more ago are starting to show their age. Chances are your vid card is overheating. Or it could be dying all together. Does it have this issue on any other games than FarCry? Besides the graphical glitch, what other issues are you experiencing? (i.e. Freezing, reboots, ect.)

I seem to be only having graphical problems.....
No reboots etc. The card is not even a year old yet.
Am i still liable for warranty. I bought it from www.overclockers.co.uk
    Around March or April.

Do these issues occur right away, or do they begin to appear after playing for a while?

It could be thermal. You may want to open your case, and ensure that the radeon heatsink has not clogged up with dust. That OEM sink is insufficient to begin with, so when it gets gummed up with dust bunnies, things go south quickly.

It doesnt occur straight away. after a few mins of play. I will try that. Most of the inside of my pc is clean. not much dust

What is your case cooling like? What case are you using? Judging by what you describe I would say air circulation is the main issue. Also, is your CPU a C or an E??? Did you change anything prior to noticeing this? How often do you clean the dustbunnies out?
