Help
I've done ad-aware and spy (search/destroy). I think the problem is that I manually deleted farmmext.exe without changing the registry at all. My computer is not doing well.

Let me explain. I recently ran 3 spyware programs (adaware, spy search/destroy and spy doctor). Search/destroy identified farmmext.exe and admilli but said it couldn't remove them.
So I manually removed the .exe files. Ever since then, whenever I try to interface with the internet (with either IE or Netscape), each page always shows up as "Cannot find page." When I immediately hit refresh, the site comes up.
This happens to any site on the internet. Also whenever I'm trying to download from a site. It is maddening!!! I can't think of anything else that has happened recently to cause the problem. I spoke with my ISP - no problem with the connect. My laptop on WiFi doesn't have any problems with the internet either.
Is there something I'm missing?
