help me on my first tweak

hi, i am fairly new of the concpet of overclocking. i have a 3.0Ghz intel p4 1GBDDR2 ram running at 533mhz. i have a dell motherboard.with 80GB of hard drive. do you have any ideas on how i can overclock this how much i can overclock? please reply!!!

    you cant overclock any prebuilt computer. your gonna have to get another motherboard. they have them locked down tight

    read some other threads, that should at least get you asking the right questions. Im new at it all myself but reading whats already out there answers a lot of general questions.

    pre-built = bad for oc'ing

    usually locked down or you can BARLEY OC etc....

    CUSTOM BUILT = leet skeet

    you can overclock these pretty good cause u can put in the right parts for ocing and add cooling and **** ;-) u can still check into OC'ing u might be able to for some degree so read the thread below this called share some knowledge with rookies or whateva i explain how to OC cpu and do memory timings.
