Is there a Big Difference

I am looking for a new PC for gaming, playing games like Everquest2 and World Of Warcraft, Rome etc - NOT DOOM or Half Life (First Person Shooters make me feel dizzy)

I am looking at 2 PCs one is with AGP board and the othere with PCI Express. Both look very capable but the PCI is quite a bit more expensive - Is it worth it or I am better to save money now and get a PC Exp in a few years?

The two sytems are

Case: MESH ATX MidiTower with tool free access
Operating System: XP Home Edition
Motherboard Features: ASUS A8N-E Mainboard - DDR400, GB LAN, IEEE 1394, SATA, PCIEX16
Processor: Upgrade to AMD Athlon 64 FX 55 (939PIN) at £100
Memory: Upgrade to 2048Mb PC3200 DDR (400MHz) at £199
Hard Drives: 300GB Serial ATA (150Mb/s) Ultra Fast Hard Drive
Video Card: 256MB ATI Radeon X800 XT - TV Out + DVI - PCI Express
Optical Drives: 16x DVD-ROM + SONY 16x Dual Layer DVD-Re-Writable +R/-R/RW (2 Drives) at £20
Sound: Upgrade to the new Creative Soundblaster AUDIGY 2 ZS

The reason the PCI Express one is so much more because it's using, amongst other things, a CPU that's 50% more expensive than the regular AGP one.

    My question to you is:

How often do you upgrade your computer?
