Tried my best but I couldn't remove that

That happened after I made a mistake while entering the site address.

It then showed me a strange page of search engine, which made me feel I would be in trouble (sigh)
After that, I found a program in taskmgr running everytime I launched the OS (mine's ME), named "TF_FloatingLangBar_WndTitle".
It slowed down the running speed of my PC, which made me reboot the system often.

I couldn't find that in the startup folder, so I checked the startup settings in msconfig.
It told me nothing was running except the following:
internat
ctfmon
tweakui
I knew these programs were healthy, so I moved forward to regedit.
checked the "run"s in Windows/CurrentVersion folder, but still I didn't find anything strange.
And so I checked through spybot, spywareblaster and HJT consequently...

And google.com to search for solutions.
I don't think I could find it.
Google gave me 3 sites only.
1 was an unreachable address.
The other 2 pages found was people asking for help with the problem same as mine, but no one gave a useful answer.

......I think it should be the end of my checking up
So would someone plz kindly give me a hand (sob)
Here's my HJT log
