AdAware SE problems

There is a problem with my AdAware. Every time I scan, I come up with about 200 "Critical Objects," and then when I try to quarantine them I get a notification saying that I need to reboot to fix the problems, then AdAware will automatically run. It runs (before anything else on my computer) and comes up with the same 200-long list. It then says I have to reboot again, so I do and it will do the same thing. Please Help!

    have you tried booting to safe mode and running adaware then?
