480w us actually overkill for those components. You'll be fine.

Thrax is right. I have that PSU and have much more than you listed running on mine with no problem at all. :D

I had an antec true blue 480 and ran 6 ide hard drives, a P4 2.6 oc'd to 3.2, a radeon 9800pro, 2 optical drives, a sound card, 2 UV cold cathodes, a zalman rheobus and a half dozen 12cm case fans. Not once did my power drop below 5% of what the voltage was supposed to be at.
    IMO, they're fantastic PSU's.

Personally I'd have no problems running an SLI rig with a pair of raid -0 arrays and all the attendent parts (fans, ccfl's, optical drives, OC'ed CPU, one or two gigs of ram, etc, etc) with the 480w.

I've had mine for over a year and at one point had 3-hdds, a 5900u, 2 optical drives, a 2.4c oc'ed to 3ghz, a gig of ram, an Audigy Platinum, Koolance Exos and a 76w TEC running off it and never had a problem. Excellent PSU.
