removing HSA from windows 98
i have tried again and again to remove this bugger of a thing but its not working.i printed out the steps and my computer does not have a "services.msc" and yes without the quotes. this is as far as i got everytime. Please help me in removing this HSA stuff as it is stuffing my computer up. thank you
