I have my file server running 2000 server, 1600+, 512mb ram, g-force 2 video. It keeps giving me delayed write failed errors and in event viewer it has a lot of error messages for paging operation. Help im lost and dont know what to do

I know you said that you're running Win2000, but
this fix
for WinXP is worth a shot.
How big is the HD? Some people with drives >137GB were getting the same error. In WinXP this is fixed by SP1. I don't know what you'd do for Win2000.

the drive might be dying. Run the manufacturer's diagnostic on it.

That's what I was going to suggest too, prime.
