About:blank browser hijack

Hi,

Have been attacked by a Trojan that has About:blank 'd my browser and tampered with Nortons Antivirus 2004. Have run AdAware ( found 75 suspect files but delete fails ) Have also run Spybot, but suspect files/program still running. Also if I go to recycle bin, it appears empty, but if you go to empty it message come up saying it is unable to delete 75 files.
