I was using Spybot and it came up with a lot of CoolWWW files. It couldn't delete any of them and asked if I wanted to run Spybot on the next startup. So I right clicked on one of the files and clicked jump to location. It took me to the registry editor. There is a folder called Zone Maps. It has a subfolder called Domain. In the Domain folder there are a whole bunch of internet addresses. All of them are porn/ad/popup junk sites. Should I delete the Zone Maps folder from the registry or would that be a bad idea.

Also, I ran CWShredder and it didn't find anything. Here is a HijackThis log, but I already took care of it:
