Subwoofer and right rear speaker switched

edited January 2005 in Hardware
Hola guys,

I just got my system up and running it's a P4 3.0 GHz on an A-Bit IS7 mobo. I just got some new Logitech X-530 5.1 speakers and tried to get them setup using the onboard plugs. I have the 5.1 settings on and all the speakers work except it seems that the right rear and subwoofer sound is switched when I test them out. I have the Realtek Ac'97 ALC650 Codec and tried to update it's drivers but the sound is still wrong. Any help will be much appreciated. AM I going to have to break down and buy a sound blaster?

Thanks a ton,

Matt

I had a similiar problem with my Z-680s using the onboard Soundstorm on my NF7-S. I solved it by using a Monster digital optical cable instead of the normal analog stereo connector.
