Nforce 250GB network driver Server 2003

A friend of mine has just bought an MSI K8N Neo (which uses the nforce 250GB chipset AFAIK) and is trying to install server 2003 on it. Everything is going swimmingly except installation of the network drivers. The drivers available on MSI's site don't support 2003 (get a 'this driver does not support this version of windows' message) and the nvidia forceware page doesn't mention 2003 support either..... has anyone got this board / chipset working under 2003? if so, which network driver did you use?
