need new mobo, processor, and memory

hey i was wondering if you guys could help me find a new mobo processor(AMD) and memory. They all have to be compatable with each other. I would like at least 512 memory. Also for the processor i would like at least 2.4GHz. The mobo has to have on-board sound and LAN along with at least 4 USB ports and the possibility of up to 2gb of memory or higher. The memory ill pay anthing for but try and find the cheapest. The processor i have around 350 to spend for that and the mobo can also be up to $300 Again the cheaper everything is the better. thanks

Are you looking to buy these items used from an SM member, or did you just want specs on items to purchase? If it's the latter, this should go in General Hardware

I can buy them off of a SM member if someone has them but if no-one has them then the specs on items to purchase.
