The error refers to a Logitech video file, most likely for one of their cameras. Try reinstalling your logitech camera software. If you no longer use the camera you could try uninstalling the program(s) that came with it. Failing that, you could try cleaning it out of your registry.
An easy way to do that is with RegCleaner, which may be found here. Read each line carefully and make sure that you are only removing the registry references pertaining to Logitech video, and only then if you no longer use the camera. Make sure you backup whatever you remove!
