windows will not boot after long period of unuse

i have a dell laptop that literally has not been turned on in about three months. now i keep trying to boot it up, but no luck. the windows logo comes up, then bsods... i cant boot into safe mode either. the battery has a full charge on it. any ideas on what's going on here?

    Maybe the cmos battery has croaked and you've lost all your bios settings. Try setting things correctly in the bios while the laptop is plugged in and see if you get lucky.
