Specificly see what i'm downloading from a bittorrent client?

Are they allowed to view what I'm downloading? Be it from torrent files, p2p apps. or just general sites?

Thanks,

yep. Anonymity is a myth, my friend. If you are downloading illegal things, your ISP knows it. That doesn't mean they will do anything about it, but if their records are ever subpeonaed by, say the RIAA or MPAA, they can see everything you downloaded and/or shared.

Yeah I remember you saying in another thread how you'd just gotten your hind-end out of hot water with the higher ups for doing bad things with a PC.

My advice to you is to quit breaking the damn law before it gets you thrown UNDER the jail instead of in. Remember, many states have 3 strike laws which means 3 felonies and you get a lifetime ticket to Chez Fed.

If you need software buy it, if you can't afford it then you obviously don't need it that badly.
