Dispositon of quarantined files

Hi -
I've followed primesuspect's eightfold path to security, and I now have 3 quarantined files:
c:\windows\system32\cm.exe
c:\program files\micorsoft works suite 2002\setup.dll
c:\program files\common files\symantic shared\sndfw.dll
Can these be safely deleted, and do they need to be replaced? If I need to replace them, how do I do so? Thanks!
