Cannot install Mcafee V9

I have been trying with no success to download or install Mcafee v9. I have some sort of trojan or bug or virus but I cannot detect it. I have run Spybot, Hijackthis, adaware and others with no success.. I would like to have someone look at my Hijack log and see if there is more that I should be fixing..
I even paid $39 to Mcafee support with no success...
