I don't know much about Excel, so i'm gonna need some help on his one.

I have a random set of data, i need to sort the data into an entry table consisting of classes that span 0.010. and then prepare a histogram ( which indicates the frequency and relative frequency) and a cumulative frequency plot ( which indicates the cumulative frequency and relative cumulative frequency).

i tried to doing it, it didn't work out at all.

thanks for the help in advance.

You can do lookup functions on the data set and have Excel count the frequency giving you a new table where you can plot that into a histogram.

    tools - data analysis- histogram

You will need to set up a table for the 'bins' that you want the data divided into.

If DA isn't there you will need to select 'add ins' first.
