Fatal System Error message

I am not sure what happend. I woke up this morning and turned on my pc and i get this message P: c000021a {Fatal System Error} Session Manager Initialization System process terminated unexpectedly with status of 0xc0000034 (0x0000000 0x00000000) system has been shut down. The only thing that was reinstalled on my pc was a dvd burner program. I had been trying to burn a dvd and it kept freezing up my pc so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the program. This morning I get nothing but the message posted above. Please help. I have a dell with xp on it.

    Can you still boot your PC (ie was it a one time incident?)

    Nope it's still occuring.. I cannot do anything. I am unable to start in safemode either. Someone help me out.. :(
