DLL Error on Startup

I get this when I first start up my computer, I just had a virus and I am pretty sure that file is/was the virus. I am also sure I got rid of the damned virus, it screwed up my internet, had to run some kind of LSPFix which was recommended by HijackThis. It's also my first real virus/trojan. Ugh.

So how do I fix this?
