Retrieving contacts from Outlook

edited February 2005 in Science & Tech
Hi
Just wondering,

I am using outlook 2003 at work but on my home PC im using an older version of outlook.
I seem to have two different calendars goign around, one at work and one at home.
I am wanting to possible have them on the one machine, so either have a copy of my work calendar on my hom pc or have a copy f my home calendar at my work pc.
whats is the way to do this?

The only problem is that they won't be in sync after you add one to the other (since you will probably add more appointments). Do you have a Pocket PC/Palm/etc device? That way you can sync with each device at each location. You can find the cheapest Palm/pocket PC device out there and do it very easily. Otherwise you can use an online system that syncs (I think yahoo or MSN has something like that).

ok i was thinking that there would be a simple way of just copying the calendar from my home computer and saving the file. Then pasting the calendar onto my work pc perhaps using the import option...not as easy as this?
dont really want to get a palm device to do this....
