Simple Folding Questions

Recently, I switched my folding PC from Windows to Fedora Core 3. Linux is quite different :D My computer is now running in 64bit mode. Will this have any effect on folding speed?

P.S. I've installed the F@H Linux client -- and initiated it, went through all the inital setup. Now it's sitting at a line saying "Complete 0 of 125000 steps (0%)". Is it folding? Do I just wait?

I loaded the file that they gave me in the download using Terminal, FAH502-Linux.exe. Its just sitting at Completed 0 of 125000 (0%), on a new line, doing nothing...and if I hit anything, it exits the Folding program. It is folding, correct? :) C'mon Linux pros! Lemmeh have it

Just let it go. It should be folding. Check the CPU usage if you are unsure.

64-bit doesnt really help I dont think as far as a 64-bit OS goes.

My CPU load isn't high...but my RAM usage is VERY high...around 95% (I have a gig of ram too). It seems to be folding thanks :)

Its all CPU. CPU usage should be at 100%.
