ChasinDreamsZX2: Microsoft Windows.hta help please

Hello, I'm new to the forums. I did a little research but was unable to find anything useful for my problem. I apologize if this is a repeat question people ask. I've already ran Norton, Ad-aware, and Spybot. Ad-aware and spybot both found items but I guess not the one pertaining to this. Upon start-up Norton pops up a box saying "Alert: Malicious script detected." The file name is "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\Microsoft Windows.hta" Norton allows me to stop the script but will not remove the file.
