CW Shredder is not "installed" on your computer, it is a stand-alone application. It consists only of the single CWShredder.exe file. If you delete that file, it is gone, there are no other files associated with it.

This one can be used by legitimate programs and is designed to allow a software developer to enable a program to automatically update itself. I've never liked this, as it could just as easily allow a malicious program to do the same. If any of my programs get "updated" I want to know about it and be in on the process.
If you're absolutely sure what program installed it and want to keep it you can leave it.
Before you reboot, do a search of your hard drive for all of the files listed above ending in .dll or .exe. Make a new folder, move the files into it, then change the last character to "_" (i.e. make them end in .ex_ or .dl_). That way if it causes other troubles you can easily change them back.

Try booting up in Safe Mode, make a junk file (create a new shortcut to something - it doesn't matter what), delete it and see what happens.
