How come I can't run at 200Mhz FSB?

Hi guys...
My system:
Motherboard: Asus A7N8X Deluxe (NForce 2 chipset)
AMD Athlon XP 1700
2x512 PC3200 (DDR400) Corsair ValueRam 1Gig Total Dual Channel Mode
BFG GeForceFX 5900 Ultra 256Megs
SoundBlaster Audigy 1 /w Audigy 2 hacked drivers

Okay guys, WHY CAN'T I run my system with a multiplier of 11, FSB 200Mhz!?
Grrr...shouldn't I be able to with this memory? (I WAS running PC2100, but I'm being forced to run this memory at the same friggin' speed as my old RAM! 166...)
Half the time after I adjust the bios to where I think it SHOULD be running (200MHz), it just sits there with a blank screen until I power off/on. A couple of times (scared the hell out of me), after the Video Card bios posted, I was told that my CMOS was corrupt, and needed to insert a floppy...yeesh. But, a simple power on/off got me back into the BIOS.
I've set everything else back to factory values, and STILL can't run this memory up to speed! HELP!!!!!!!

Anyone who specializes in AMD cpu's/memory/motherboards please just ICQ, or AIM me (But for the sake of keeping a good forum, I'll continue to post what will probably be some kind of epic tail of tragedy/self-defeat).

    Try 200 x 11. 3/3/3 timings. 1.65v vcore. 2.7v VDIMM.

the most important thing to note about thrax's post is the memory timings. although you're running pc3200 ram, it is VALUE ram, which means its going to be real picky about what timings you use when running it at its rated speed. so turn that **** all the way down and see if your problems persist

After dealing with this ****ing A7N8X over ICQ for the last hour, I want to stab Asus in the ****ing face for making ridiculous, bull**** BIOS settings and names.
