Turbo Mice?

A buddy of mine wants to know if there are any Turbo Mice you can buy that allow for example the option to turn on a "turbo" mode where one click equals 10-30 clicks for as long as you hold it down?

    hehe, I dunno... he's a good friend and despises cheating, so I don't really know. There's gotta be someone who know's of these mice in these forums.
