HSA + HJT Log and other probs...[inactive]

I followed the instructions on..

And right around half way through step one...I assume that I deleted something un neccisary (addtd.exe) which I assumed was the unneccisary RunOnce 04 HKLM, heh now when I engage XP to start it says that in a nutshell I did soemthin wrong. When I went to my C:Windows\System32 i couldnt find any of the multiple R1's (on my first HJT was uputf.dll and on my second HJT scan it was was jpugf.dll ((i think, log has been misplaced)) which i also couldnt find) I'm more or less thinking now would be a good time to run a quick system restore but to go to the point here is the HJT Log.

    Fix those entries then find and delete the following files:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\deveo.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\crbf.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\appsa32.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\appwk.exe

    Then reboot and post a new log.

    everytime i delete those and reboot i just get more similar files. any more ideas?
