You are running WinPatrol and that is good, but it can interfer with the fix by Hijackthis. Please disable it before proceeding any further with this fix.

Please download CWShredder but don't run it yet.
    http://cwshredder.net/bin/CWSInstall.exe

    Download Ad-aware SE from: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

Install the program and launch it. First, in the main window, look in the bottom right corner and click on Check for updates now and download the latest reference files. Exit Adaware for now.

Make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then close all other windows--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and click the Fix Checked button.

Now run CWShredder, making sure to click "Fix".

Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

Run a full scan with Adaware.

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode.

Please run these two online scans.
Make sure they are set to clean automatically:

    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm

If there are files that can not be removed by the scans please include that information in your next post.

Reboot once more and post a new hijackthis log.

Gee thanks for your help. I really appreciate your quick
response. Anyways, i did what you told me to do. Except that i wasn't
    able to delete
    04 - Global startup:winlogin.exe
and when i tried deleting such file name, the computer was not able to
find it. Anyways, i proceeded with the online scan. Pandasoft was
able to clean 114 files but trendmicro found the ff files infected and
    wasn't able to clean it:
    troj_small.ro C:\Recycled\Q678340.exe
    troj_small.aab C:\Windows\system32\xbxvni6wyoy.dll
    troj_small.ro C:\Windows\downloaded program files\Q678340.exe

Unfortunately, i accidentally deleted these files.

I did another hjt and this is the result:

Please disable WinPatrol before making the fix with hijackthis.

Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Place a checkmark next to these entries, close all browsers and windows, and have HijackThis fix them by clicking Fix Checked:

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [DELDIR0.EXE] "C:\DOCUME~1\PIERRE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\DELDIR0.EXE" "C:\Program Files\McAfee\McAfee Shared Components\Guardian\"
    O4 - Global Startup: winlogin.exe

Search for and delete this file:

    winlogin.exe

Delete everything in this directory, but not the folder itself:

    C:\DOCUME~1\PIERRE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp

Reboot and post a new hijackthis log.
