Tweak XP

Didn't this program used to be free? I seemed to remember I had a tweak program, either this one or tweak ui that allowed changing speeds of the start menu items. I don't think it's tweak ui though, because I just downloaded that and it doesn't have the same stuff and doesn't put an icon in the control panel like I remember.

What you want is TweakUI (Download link). The menu thingy is in one of the options but I currently don't have it installed to tell ya.
