"Home Search" home page & "Only the Best" popups -- Needs assistance please

I've had this problem one time in the past and your guide did the trick perfectly without even really knowing what the hell I was doing. But it worked. But now I have it again (about 2 months later) and I have gone through the guide two times and still no luck. I know (well of course) that I am missing something and I need some assistance now.
This is my first time to fx a problem by forum, so please bear with me. :confused:
And also just running HJT, I came across: "O23 - Service: Network Security Service - Unknown - C:\WINDOWS\system32\netqv32.exe (file missing)" -- Dunno if that is a problem or not.

    Fix those entries then find and delete the following files:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\pdjyc.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\appdw32.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysvs.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\sysxc32.exe

    Then reboot and post a new log.
