MSN Messenger Service Experiencing Outages

Microsoft's Instant Messenger service has been a little un-reliable of late, with today’s network disruption making it the second time, in as many weeks, that the service has experienced worldwide outages for extended periods of time.
"MSN has identified an isolated issue within our datacenter and are taking the appropriate steps to restore full operation to all of our customers".
