HJT Log : Help?

I keep getting annoying popups and spyware downloaded everynight. Ive ran adaware and spy bot nightly the past few nighhts with each finding a host of things. Adaware keeps finding Vx2 and cant remove it (it says it will remove it after reboot with no results) One reoccuring thing on spybot is :
IGnet, Common hijacker, DSO Exploit, CoolWWWSearch.bootconf, CoolWWWSearch.Loadbat CoolWWWSearch.msconfd CoolWWWSearch.Oslogo CoolWWWSearch.Tapicfg and CoolWWWSearch.Xmlmimefilter I heal those files and they just keep comming back.
Im about to the point where im ready to say forget it and just do a system reboot, but I have college work to do and would like to avoid doing that if all possible.
Im just learning how to do all this right now im confused what to do with this HJT log  :

    Download LSPfix from here
On the opening screen, click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox. Check all instances of "dolsp.dll" (and nothing else), and move them to the "Remove" pane. Then click Finish.

Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows, and hit the "Fix checked" button.
