compare systems

I have two systems

P4 3.0 ghz(1 gig pc3200 ram)

&

AMD XP 3200+(1 gig pc3200 ram)

I was wondering if there is a standalone benchmark that I can use to test these systems(not requiring OS)

    i would imagine that the p4 would outperform the AMD.

    but the amd 64 > intel 3.0.

    thats my thought - but I would like to see some numbers and I am not using my AMD so I have no OS installed on it - thus the question about the standalone benchmark
