Backlog in SVT forum
Hi Folks,
I don't like to leave negative feedback but I think the guys in the SVT forum need some help.
I introduced a mate of mine to Short Media, hoping to recruit him to folding. He has some sort of virus problem and I encouraged him to submit a HJT log. He followed all the sticky advice and posted 21st Jan. That's three weeks ago.
He's a patient sort of guy but some response would help to keep him on board. There are many posts since then that have been answered already. My mate goes back about 12 pages...along with others that have not been answered yet.
Again, I'm not having a dig at the SVT wizards, got me out of trouble once
I think they need some help here.
