removing int aa virus

Hi,
I am trying deaspretly to get rid of this virus but whatever i do i cant even get access to my h.d
First i got a message from norton av that virus int aa is in the memory of the computer and that the computer will be shut down.
When i boot my computer i keep getting the following message in dos :
TYPE THE NAME OF THE COMMAND INTERPRETER EG C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND.COM
A>
whatever sequence i type i cant get into c and keep getting this message.
I tried entering through dos, norton antivirus diskettes, the original norton antivirus cd, erd commander, stinger.
What else can i do?

Thanks for the tip, it didnt work directly but i connected the h.d to another computer and passed the command.com to it from the other h.d
I am back in buissnes!
