self website edit

Hi,
How can i grant editing access to one page of my website, so the person can change the text directly without using html editors?

    Use PHP/ASP/CF and allow the language to shuffle the contents of that particular HTML page to an editable box, then a submit button writing the new contents to that HTML file.

    i forgot to state the the webhost doesnt receive asp code (which i am familiar with)
    so i need another solution.

    You dont need asp, php can do it for you.
