Atari Develops Video Game Based On Matrix Trilogy

edited February 2005 in Science & Tech
Atari is working on "The Matrix: Path of Neo" - a PC and console game scheduled to be released in this year's holiday season.
The game will allow gamers to relive "memorable" scenarios in the movie trilogy from the perspective of the main character Neo.

Path of Neo is the second collaboration of Atari's Shiny Entertainment development studio, the Wachovski brothers as creators of "The Matrix" movies Joel Silver, producer of the trilogy. Back in May 2003, Atari released "Enter The Matrix", a parallel timeline to "The Matrix Reloaded" and a bridge to "The Matrix Revolutions", which has sold nearly 6 million units worldwide to date, according to Atari.
