Hey everyone, im new here. Anyways I just have a question, i have a new laptop and because my old computer was really slow and crap and filled with virus's and worried about my laptop. As you can guess i dont have a great computer knwowledge, just do the simple things like downloading, browsing net etc. Anyways suddenly a folder popped up on my computer today called AdTools Service and it also has a file from it running on startup on system configuration utility. I just wondered what it was and if I should delete it? Just to check, thanks for your help, its really appreciated.

It's common, but chances are if you have it, you probably have other stuff too.

Cheers, i found out what to do. I just when on add/remove programs and it was on there so i deleted it. And yeah i found loads of other adware but i think they've all gone, hopefully.
