A simple macro maker could do that for you.

A "macro" is a recording of user input, which can be executed and perform the same recorded input without you actually pressing any keys.

For instance, you could have a macro editor "record" you selecting this ok box, and pressing enter. then you save the macro file, and (depending on the editor) you can run the macro like a program, and every time you run it, It'll select the window (if it's on the screen) and press enter for you, just like you were doing it yourself. here is one such program that can record such a macro for you. There are plenty of other apps around which can do the same thing, but this was the first one I saw when I went to do a quick search at Download.com.
