EPOX-8KHA Owners I need you help!!!
Here is the deal.
Some friend burnt his 8KHA REV 1.3 by inserting a ram stick upside down. He gave it to me because he bought a new computer. After some observation, I realized I can easily fix it, I only need to change the burned chip. The thing is, its totally unreadable. What used to the chip model is now a blob of melted silicon.
I would like you guys to grab your old 8KHA (REV1.3 preferably) and tell me whats written on the 8-ping chip (Q39) right under the chipset fan (FAN4) connector. I am pretty sure it is part of the memory voltage regulation circuit.
Thanks.
